This tree is the static-file backing store for the development trust
pack defined in:

  docs/muehlbauer/development-trust-pack.md (in the kotlin repo)

All artefacts here are development-only. They MUST NOT be used to sign
production credentials nor to validate production credentials.
Certificates in this tree carry the policy OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.64273.90.x
and a UserNotice tagging them as "DEVELOPMENT-ONLY TRUST ANCHOR. NOT
FOR PRODUCTION USE."

Per-folder README files explain what is published in each folder and
how a verifier should consume it.
